COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

To all of our current and future customers:

As a result of the current COVID 19 pandemic we have decided to alter some of our typical procedures in an effort to offer the safest shopping experience possible. We pride ourselves in our customer service level and this situation will not change that approach to doing business. 

Starting Monday March 23 the following rules and guidelines will be followed by staff and customers alike:

1. Our store will be closed to the public and only scheduled access will be possible to minimize face to face interactions

2. Our sales staff will still be working and available albeit from home – to contact them please email @:

Once you have contacted your salesperson they will follow up with you via phone and or email to discuss the particulars of your project.

We will be offering some unique ways in which you can shop for flooring which will also limit the risk of exposure to both parties. Most of our suppliers have amazing websites which can be used to find ideas on the perfect flooring for your project. The First Choice Flooring website will be a great first stop to find your inspiration.

Your salesperson will recommend certain brands and types of flooring during your phone or email correspondence which you can look at online. Once you have narrowed down your selections we will find a way to get the physical samples to you so that you can make final selections. 

As always, we will be doing written estimates which will be emailed. 

3. Installations will have to be approached on a case by case basis as this whole thing unfolds. You do not want to risk the health of your family any more than we want to risk the health of one of our installers. Discuss with your salesperson to see if proper arrangements can be made. We will not be able to accommodate all installation requests during this difficult time. 

4. All pickup and delivery of flooring will be coordinated through your salesperson with minimal face to face interaction being the goal. All product picked up and or delivered will have to be paid in full in advance.
